A WARM WELCOME TO THE
NOTTINGHAM AND NOTTS PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY WEBSITE

The society is for the benefit of its members and was formed to promote excellence in photography.

A few words from Dan Moore, our newly elected President.

Hi – and the warmest of welcomes to our website.
When I first joined Nottingham and Notts Photographic Club, I was looking to develop my photography and my enjoyment of taking pictures. Little did I know what a brilliant step this was going to be. First, I have learned a very great deal in only a few years, not least that there is always more to learn. Second, seeing what other like-minded photographers were doing has inspired me, both photographically and in the way I see the world.
If like me you want to learn to develop your skills from friendly, experienced photographers, then you won't fail here. Also with some of the most respected photographers around coming to give talks at the club, our forthcoming year should be just what the doctor ordered! Joining NNPS will be a rewarding experience both photographically and socially.
As you will see from the web pages here there is plenty of help and advice, that is just the start of what you could experience.
So come along and join in, we would love to meet you.

We meet on Tuesdays and our meetings are held at
St Mary’s Church Hall, Wollaton Hall Drive,
(almost opposite the QMC) off Derby Road, Nottingham, NG8 1AF

Meetings start at 7.30 pm but doors open at 7.00 pm
giving members the opportunity to socialize before the meeting starts.
There will be a tea break approx 8.20pm until 8.40pm and the evening will conclude approx. 9.30pm.

Please note that we do not meet during July and August.
We meet again on 9th Sept which is our first meet of our 2008-2009 season.

Full Member - £42 per season
Under 25 years old or those in full time education - £10
